• Prepare and submit Entertainment forms, guest lists, and event flyers as you will need these documents when you submit your BearBUY cart. 
• Ordering, Prepaying, and scheduling delivery orders in America2 Go needs to be submitted to our team 7-10 business days prior to the event.
